実物は写真より相当悪い Positive: サポートは迅速でよかった。 対応が早かったので、AIがやってくれているのかも、と思った。 Negative: 設備類は揃っているとはいえ、ローグレードで、タオル類は最低限の一組で手を拭くにも困った。バスタブも結局使えるかどうか不安で、結局使えなかった。 エアコンはいわゆるスポットクーラーを部屋に置いて大きな音を我慢するというものだった。 ランドリーマシンは部屋になく、共用だが米国内の電話番号(SMS)を持っていないと使えない。 建物は居住者もいるのかどうか、いずれにしても雑然として汚い。 要するに、独身者のローグレードな部屋をエアビー仕様にしたものを高く貸し出しているということ。部屋自体も狭くて不便で満足感なし。 ここだけではなく、この界隈のクラシックな建物、個人が住んでいたものを仕立て直したと思われるアパートメント形式の施設は、よほど確信があるか納得づくでないと利用しない方が無難だろうと思います。 個人の住居として貸し出すより、エアビーのようにして貸し出す方が得だからやっているビジネスですね。AIに訊いてみても同じような回答が返ってくるでしょう。 ワシントンDCではこのタイプのものも悪くなかったので、ボストンでも利用しましたが満足度は全然違いました。 一般論として、アパートメント形式のところを利用したいなら、比較的新しいビルを利用した大手のところを探すのがいいと思います。

Decepcionante Positive: El barrio era muy lindo aunque nada céntrico . La cocina estaba relativamente bien equipada . Negative: Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El departamento es mucho más oscuro de lo que muestran las fotos, y ni tiñen ninguna ventilación , es un subsuelo .El aire acondicionado es un equipo portátil mal ubicado. El baño es muy pequeño y la bañera está descascarada como el techo del cuarto. Además, había un fuerte olor a humedad y, sin ventilación, los únicos dos toallones que nos dejaron no se secaban . El lavarropas anunciado no era del departamento, sino uno compartido del edificio, que requería una app que no pudimos usar y la anfitriona no supo explicar, me dijo muy amablemente que me comunicara servicio técnico por lo que no pudimos lavar ropa, y fue una de las razones por lo que lo elegimos . La entrada estaba sucia . La ubicación tampoco coincide con lo publicado: no está en el centro y queda lejos de comercios y servicios, aunque el barrio es tranquilo y lindo .

Flies are also getting into the rooms, making it poor hygiene. - The door between the kitchen and the bedroom doesn't close properly. - Since the shower stall has only one door, water splashes everywhere. - A smell like sewage or mold was spreading through the room, which was uncomfortable.
