Positive: Location is great Negative: No mention in the listing that you would have to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Not ideal for someone with spine condition and recent shoulder surgery. The stairs should be mentioned in the listing.

Great bolthole for exploring the city from - not luxury but adequate Positive: The location of this property is ideal - right on Newbury Street there are lots of great shops + restaurants super close by and didn't struggle with noise at night. The property was easy to access and was as described. Great for somewhere to lay my head + cook simple meals. Negative: A couple of things that were not ideal - the property is 3 floors up with no lift, so with a big bag this is a little tough. Additionally because the flat is at the top of the building it gets very hot in the summer so AC is needed most of the time. Due to the warm conditions I had to have the AC on in the bedroom overnight, which blows strongly straight onto the pillow so I ended up getting a very dry sore throat. The bathroom is adequate but in need of an update and the bed's mattress was incredibly squishy memory foam which isn't to my taste but I imagine some would enjoy.
