Wonderful Newbury 1 Bedroom!

We would highly recommend the place to the young and fit. It really is a very charming apartment in a wonderful location Positive: Premier location. Very quiet cozy apartment. Comfortable bed. Thoughtful amenities. A real gem for hearty folks who are able to overcome the access gauntlet. Negative: The multi door timer auto-lock entrance to the building can be a surprising challenge for slow footed elderly folks carrying heavy bags. We were trapped inside the entrance alcove until we figured how to beat that pesky re-lock timer on the second door. Then comes the real fun. 4 flights of stairs with those aforementioned bags. Felt like our own personal episode of Geezer Survivor - Boston edition.

Comfortable stay in great location close to conference centre. Positive: Great location for nearby conference centre, access to cafes and restaurants. Felt very safe Negative: It would be difficult to access if mobility is impaired - the only way to access the 4th floor with suitcase is by staircase.
