a rip off Positive: the area Negative: This is a rip off. It is way too expensive for what you get. The place is worn down. It is located in the basement of a red brick house. There's no airco and on top of that, there's no possibility to open the windows. The sound isolation is poor : there's is either noise from the neighbours, noise from people entering and leaving the building, people talking at the front door or street noise The bathroom is small and used. The bath is damaged. The ceiling and walls are damaged. There's no ventilation. There are not cupboards to put stuff. Only one chair and a laptop sized folding table for 2 persons. The 'bedside tables' are not near the bed (not like in the picture). There's no possibility to switch off the lights while laying in bed. There's no hairdryer. The WIFI info provided by the management was not correct (however there's a WIFI router in the appartment with a password on it) The most modern element in the room is a trash bin with an electric cover that .... does not work When we booked, the place had an 8+ score. To us these reviews do not seem legitimate. We can provide pictures to prove our review.
