Modern studio apartment!

It was good and convenient. I do have expectations at that price range. Positive: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was clean and had everything you would need. The bathroom was large. The living space was nice and bright and windows had a lot of light. Internet was good. It was good location and great for moving my kid into a nearby dorm. Older, redone place, but good character. Negative: The bed was not that comfortable. The pillows were the cheapest you could buy. The TV didn't work, not connected to the remote. I had to spend a hour with the contact on a Friday night at 10PM to convince them to send a person out for the TV the next day. I paid a lot for this place. I expect the TV to work. I'm not going to bars, I'm moving my kid into college and I'm tired and just want to relax. The contact had me take 6+ pictures of the remote and the TV to convince them it wasn't my fault that the thing wasn't working. And they were a little passive agresstive in their communications...just because you say "kindly make sure you do this or that" doesn't mean you're being understanding or nice.

Great location. Positive: Very convenient location, near Mass St exit on orange line. Easy check in. Had kitchen amenities. Negative: Couch was a little uncomfortable to sit in. Not sure if the listing said there was no elevators, but just something to make sure for those who are physically impaired that this is not a very convenient place to stay as there are stairs that are fairly narrow.
