Perfect in every way. We would return. Positive: We are traveling from Costa Rica. The location is very safe and pleasant, and the accommodation itself is very cozy—everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and how close everything was, which made it very easy to get around on foot or by subway. It is near hospitals and pharmacies, which is very helpful in case of an emergency. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, coffee, or picking up groceries. The accommodation is equipped with the essentials for cooking, keeping items chilled, a sink, etc. I always pay close attention to the bathroom—especially when traveling with my wife or daughter—and in this place, it was perfect. It was clean, and the water temperature was perfect, especially given the cold weather in Boston. The apartment is on the third floor; you have to climb some stairs, but it’s nothing too strenuous—it’s actually a good way to get some exercise and warm up a bit. Communication was seamless; the check-in process and access codes were provided right on time. Choosing to stay here was an absolutely perfect decision. Negative: The bathroom sink is a bit small, but it’s fully functional—certainly not a major issue.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend Positive: Pretty good location, close to a couple landmarks and metro. Negative: To start, the floor seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed and mopped for a while. The walls do NOT insulate sound well, could hear the neighbors all the time I was in, which interfered with my sleep. Then, to top it off, I found a baby cockroach in the middle of the room, and when confronted, the management refused to issue even a partial refund. This is very overpriced for the quality of life you receive, DO NOT BOOK.

Positive: The location. Negative: The air conditioner barely cooled the room and did nothing except make an extremely loud noise. I had to turn it off before going to bed because the noise made it impossible to fall asleep. The floor was also very dirty. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of this accommodation.

Beautiful and comfy studio Positive: Beautiful place, very modern, comfortable and clean. Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood. Very easy to check-in. Excellent value for money, this apartment really has all you need for a few days in Boston. We were skeptical about booking it at first as it had very few reviews, but we were very positively surprised!

The unit was extremely hot, the fan provided helped a little but not enough Explain in your add that there are multiple flight of stairs in case someone has mobility issues
