It was ok.
Positive: The location was good for us
Negative: We could hear the unit next door, very noisy sound proofing would help.
Controlled heating and cooling would help. The unit was extremely hot, the fan provided helped a little but not enough
Explain in your add that there are multiple flight of stairs in case someone has mobility issues

Positive: Great location, everything you could want was available! I would stay again!
Negative: It was a little hot (it was freezing outdoors) but i was provided with a fan, which was appreciated!

Great.
Positive: The location is close to shops and convention center. Complete amenities. Comfortable.
Negative: Not sound proof. We could not sleep when there was a drunk person on a call loudly on the stairs during one of the nights.
