A tent would have been a better option & cheaper Positive: We were only staying 1 night. The property manager / team were fantastic to deal with. We experienced a number issues. They were very prompt responding to us & actioned what they could to make our stay ok. Negative: When we arrived there were a number of issues No air con, TV didn't work, power sockets didn't work apart from 1 in kitchen, bathroom light didn't work so we had to use phones to see (no windows in bathroom). There were also issues with the electronic door lock which prevented us from locking apartment door. This was resolved within an hour (thanks to the property manager) We noticed in earlier reviews of the property (July 2025) that the aircon didn't work so were surprised that this was still an issue 2 months later. The room was very small. There was a 2 - 3 foot gap between the bed & the couch. They had a circular table (also 2 - 3 foot wide) in that gap so we had to climb on the couch to mover around it???

Positive: The location of the place was wonderful for walking to Fenway Park and the surrounding area. I really enjoyed my stay, and the host was very communicative and accommodating. I would recommend staying here for a solo traveler.

Horrible Positive: Good location Negative: Broken AC, Falsified advertisement. When asked for the refund for the day having the problem, property management ignores. Don’t pay the money without checking the room. Realized AC doesn’t work at 1am
