Positive: Comfortable place, a couple of issues once arrived were quickly fixed by the staff. Very efficent and professional team. Great locations close to hospitals and perfect to visit Boston with many good restaurant and shopping mall closely. Negative: Nulla

convenient and comfy! Positive: absolutely fantastic property, in such a convenient location for back bay and super close to prudential subway station, very comfy bed, smart tv, air con etc. staff were great when messaging & check in was quick and easy. Negative: no complaints!

I wouldn’t stay here again. Put a little money into it and make it better. Positive: Location Negative: So run down. Black Mold in shower. Paint peeling Crappy appliances. Just in disrepair overall
