Spacious 2-bed Apt - Newly Redesigned - Smart Lock

Convenient location. Comfortable apartment Positive: Good location for facilities in Boston. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms Negative: Unfortunately the cooker's door and handle was broken - reported to owners.

Terrible communication, not communicating unless its detrimental to his profit, lost my cell phone no response 8hrs later , late to ch3ck out out response was instantaneously (late ch3ck out was due to event and restriction to cell phone use)

Great location, we enjoyed our stay.

The unit is very outdated. All the equipment in the unit are outdated and making a lot of noise. The neighborhood is very noisy and makes it hard to sleep at night .

I'm going to give the positives and negatives about this property. On the positive side the location is wonderful. Right in the heart of Boston and we walked to everywhere from back bay to the north end to South Bay Station. I don't recommend hauling suitcases to/from South Bay but UBER was prompt and cheap. Lots of fun restaurants in the neighborhood. The elevator to the 5th floor room worked with no issues. The rooms were OK but nothing special. Overall the unit is spacious but there is no polish to it. Air conditioning units are sealed in the windows with duct tape, there are holes in walls for wires, and very few kitchen utensils, plates, or glasses. The biggest issues is the noise at night. There is a bar across the street and another down the block. It doesn't settle down until after 1pm. Bring ear plugs!
