Spacious 2-bed Apt - Newly Redesigned - Smart Lock

Positive: Ok

We loved the location and views of the financial district from this spacious unit! Positive: Location is outstanding! Owners/booking agency were very responsive (often within minutes!!) and we were able to easily purchase an early check-in for 2pm. Love the keypad access and not having to deal with keys/keycards. Spacious and tons of windows/light. Negative: Almost every window blinds set was broken or inoperable, the TV would not work, and the coffee maker wouldn't drip down into the carafe fast enough causing the grounds to overflow.

We do NOT recommend this place. Would have left if hotels had availability for 3 consecutive nights. Positive: The location is excellent. Walking distance to just about everything. Negative: Where to begin... The TV didn't work until we changed the batteries from one device to another and had to play around with it for over an hour. The elevator has a mind of its own; sometimes it works,.sometimes it doesn't (did not enjoy climbing 5 flights of stairs). The unit itself, while nicely furnished, the A/C units look like they are from the seventies, the blinds in both bedrooms are broken, the bathrooms need an enormous amount of work (towel racks broken, tiles old, mildew in tub and surround, stains on the sinks, damage and cracks on the walls and ceiling, hair on the floor)..There is NO washer and dryer in the unit as stated in the description. The fridge is old and incredibly loud, The elevator inspection is out of date (June 2025), and the company coordinating the commicatiin is sub-par. They want and take your money quickly but it takes quite a.while for them to get back to you, if they even do. We paid over $1300 for 3 nights, and it's not worth the location due to all the onsite issues..When we arrived on Monday, to find all these issues, we immediately left the apartment and went to several local hotels to check availability. Unfortunately, the city was completely booked on Tuesday night. Otherwise, we would have left and disputed the charge on my credit card. If we ever return to Boston, I would NEVER book this place or any apartment at 120 Milk Street. This only allowed me to post 4 pictures, otherwise I would have included the full array of photos we took of the.place.

Should be condemned!! We left after the first horrific night, and have not received any compensation Positive: Nothing Negative: from window AC, not shown in ad picture. No washer and dryer. Window blinds are in horrible condition, the tub has yellow mildew, I can’t shower in it. Patched walls and ceiling, it’s not pleasant and definitely not a loft. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed
