1Br Apartment in Boston's Fenway Neighborhood

Great location. Close to T stops and public transportation. Beautiful, treed street. Huge living/dining room. The bedroom was small as I expected but, the carpet was stained and freying at the door and along the walls. The kitchen was small but, well equiped. Bathroom was small (as expected) but walls need to be wiped down. Many light bulds were out, towels were small and the sofa material is balling due to use. The whole apartment just needs a little love and it would be a nice place to stay.

The best sleep that I’ve had in a long time was in this bedroom! Let me tell you why. Yes, the bedroom is small, but the quality bedding and comfort of the mattress makes up for it in spades. Close the blinds, turn on that AC, and enjoy some quality rest! My partner and I were in town for a concert at the MGM Music Hall, which is an easy walk to from the property. We parked the rental car at the garage attached to the Target near Fenway for 2 days. It did cost a bit of $$, but that was expected. There is metered parking on the street near the entrance of the property, but you must renew the meter every 2 hours via an app. It was convenient to load and unload the car for check in and check out. The Kenmore T station is easily accessible and preferred if you don’t want to drive around the city. The property itself was thoroughly clean. The hot water in the shower/tub was A+, it was easy to get in/out, and all together I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This apartment was a great location for dropping kid at university, close to all the college of the Fenway. Close access to the T station that can get you anywhere in the city. Walking distance to Fenway Park, but also makes it a very crowded area during periods of home games. Property management really were quick to respond to email and helpful in late checkout.

Close proximity to Park made walking to game with grandchild easy. Property was close to restaurants and other attractions to make visiting Boston a great experience for our grandson and the property was spacious and uncrowned for two adults and a child.

Perfect location, comfy bed, the place had all the necessities. We had a great stay.
