Perfect North End Apt - 2BR 2BA w/ Laundry!

Great location, spacious, and clean stay in Boston. Positive: Wonderful location with easy access to the wharf, the TD center, and everything in between. We came in town for a concert with our teen daughters and everyone was very comfortable having ample space and privacy. Negative: Some peeling paint, somewhat hot at times, entry stairs are quite cumbersome.

Positive: Location only and a simple check up and check out. Negative: It wasn’t very clean and need to make repairs.

Ok let's start off with it's on the third floor.. seems like your equal Librium is off because the building is sinking in the middle... In the master bedroom soon as you walk into the door you see water stains you walk inside to the bedroom you look up there is paint peeling off the walls lots of water stains you look around the bed is nice but there is no covers on an outlet curtain rack is falling off okay go to the second bedroom door on the bedroom second bedroom is off the hinges screws coming out you can't even shut the door..... The biggest thing is there is no cable television you need to get their Wi-Fi and their Wi-Fi password and stream from your tablet or phone which the passwords were 100% wrong so we had no TV.... Told management they got back to us said they apologize I took a video sent it to them of all the imperfections they tried bribing me saying you give us a five-star review on VRBO and we will refund you your money absolutely not I am not lying I have it in my email...... The person in unit 2 has like sensors soon as you walk up the stairs it'll tell him that you are in the building very creepy very very creepy never left my wife alone I was too afraid that he might go up there and do something because now he knows that I left the building with the sensors. Located in the prime heart but very very poor on the maintenance... Parking you need to park in a garage or a parking lot there is no parking I received a $90 ticket parking in the wrong spot thank God I had a handicap child with me with a handicap placket or they would have told my vehicle..... So it costed me $180 for parking $90 in the garage $90 for a ticket... It is not vrbo's issue it is the company and I'm not going to name the company I'm not out to bash anybody but to tell you the experience I had as I sent them in an email very poor experience.😓😓😓😓
