Perfect North End Apt - 2BR 2BA w/ Laundry!

Perfect Family Stay in an Amazing Location Positive: We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again. The location was perfect for our family. Everything we wanted to see with our children was within about a 15-minute walk, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable without constantly relying on public transportation or taxis. One thing we especially appreciated was how quiet the apartment was. After spending busy days sightseeing, it was great to come back to a peaceful place and get a good night’s sleep. The full kitchen was another huge advantage. Traveling with children can be challenging, especially when they are picky eaters, so having the ability to prepare meals and snacks whenever needed made our trip much more comfortable. The washer was also incredibly useful. Families with kids know how quickly laundry can pile up while traveling, and having a washing machine in the apartment was a convenience we truly appreciated. The property managers were also excellent—very responsive and helpful. They gave us great advice on where to park our car, which made our stay much easier and stress-free. Overall, this apartment had everything our family needed: an excellent location, a quiet environment, a fully equipped kitchen, practical amenities, and supportive management. Highly recommended for families visiting the city.

Unprofessional management, wouldn’t recommend

The host was very kind and responsive when we reached out. The property is in a great location and there was plenty of space.When we arrived, there was a receipt from home depot on the table. Upon walking into the master bedroom, we discovered that the curtain rods, blinds, and mounting hardware were scattered across the room on the dresser and window sill. We also noticed that the console table was pushed next to the bed. There was a coating of dust on all the surfaces. We were thrown off by the windows being exposed to the neighboring building.Our major issue for the stay occurred on Sunday night, when a man tried to unlock the door with a code and started yelling into the apartment. There was only a single woman in the apartment at the time, and hearing a stranger yell into the apartment at midnight was unsettling and unsafe. He then explained that there was a leak coming from one of the upper units, and he needed to come in immediately to check on it. As a woman, that did not feel safe, especially with little to no explanation of who was knocking and what the problem was. I went to check on the bathroom myself and noticed a small damp spot in the ceiling and the bath mat was wet. I shared this information with the man at the door, and he finally backed off about coming inside and went to talk to the upstairs units. The water was shut off for the rest of the stay until the last night. Overall there were some major issues with the stay, but the host was responsive.
