Loves our stay but probably would not stay again due to no elevator.
Positive: Very convenient to Fenway Park which was great.
Negative: We were not aware there was no elevator we had to walk several of the flights of stairs. My husband has issues with his knees so this was very painful for him.

Positive: We loved the location, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very spacious. Communication within the app was very quick and an early check-in was accommodated. Views were beautiful.
Negative: We didn't have enough towels for bathrooms or the kitchen. This was fixed after it was addressed. There weren't enough kitchen utensils. The overall mantainance and cleanliness was lack luster. (Walls had peeling paint, the ceiling had a small leak.) We knew it was an old building, but we didn't realize it was a 4 story walk up, with many flights of stairs.
