Lovely spacious clean space perfect for a base to explore Boston Positive: Apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as described and well located for exploring Boston. Negative: The elevator worked fine for us, but having read previous reviews we were nervous to use it - it worked without issue though so all fine in the end

Nice apartment in a great location. Positive: Great communication with host. Spacious and light. Nice common area and well- appointed kitchen. The layout with two bathrooms worked very well. Good shower with good pressure and how water. Wonderful location. Negative: Carpets and some furniture seems a bit worn. Rickety coffee table, broken bathroom trash can and some scratches on furniture. Broken heater cover.

Nice apartment and good location but no elevator working Positive: Great location, clean and nice apartment Negative: For our entire stay (4 days) the elevator didn’t work We had to carry our luggage for 6 floors and every time to climb it The owner wrote us one day before that the elevator might will not work and that is not part of the property We found out from the neighbors that it’s not working for quite some time

The apartment was not in as good condition as expected, particularly the carpets, wich were dirty and significanty worn. Additionally, the lack of an elevator should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking, as this is important information for guests to know when choosing the property. The stairs area very narrow and potentially dangerous when going up and down with luggage. Also, the washing machine is located outside the apartment, requires an additional payment to use, and was not working during my stay.
