Great deal in the heart of Boston. Positive: Staying here was such a great experience. Let's start with the fact that the rate per night was so reasonable that it allowed me and my partner to extend our planned stay in what has turned out to be my new favorite city. Having an affordable rate did not mean that the amenities were compromised except for a few minor items that in no way affected our experience. The location was great because it was close to everything, but as it was in the financial district, it was relatively quiet both day and night. The management team were very responsive and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. My partner and I could spread out, relax, self cater when we wanted, get nearly everywhere easily by foot or public transport and do our laundry in an easily accessible laundry room. Negative: Just as a heads up, the building that the apartment was in was built as a bank in 1894 and later converted to apartments. The age of the building means that there are a lot of charming architectural features, however not so charming is that the elderly elevator can be temperamental leaving no option but to use the (albeit charming) spiral staircase up and down six levels. Management lets you know this in advance but I'm not sure that it was obvious when I booked. The elevator did work most of the time but there were days that it didn't. Great if you don't mind the exercise, not so great if you have any health issues.

Perfect for short stay Negative: Bedroom next to lounge quite chilly- draught through windows. Bathrooms a bit tired. Lift broke on final day and from the prior messages this is a common occurrence

Positive: The location was perfect for both work and leisure! Negative: One time the elevator stopped working and I was stuck for a short time.

The space worked well for us. There were extra sheets and towels. The apartment is beautiful. The stairs to the apartment are beautiful but could use a sweep and vacuum. The check-in was very simple but the door may need a new deadbolt or latch. There is a cute pocket park just a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay.
