Renters Beware - Many problems still not resolved

1. Property not listed as a 4 story walk up. 2. Property listed as super clean. We did not feel comfortable sitting on the couch or being in the family room. 3. Property smelled musty and terribly of Cat Urine. 4. Floor was soaked and sloshed when walked on in the hallway and into the master bedroom. 5. The bathroom floor was very slippery with all the water leaking onto the floor from what looked like their washer/dryer. 6. The property manager was contacted within 20 minutes of us entering the property with issues 2-5. 7. We had to buy a bath mat to keep from slipping in the shower, soft soap, paper towel, and kitchen garbage bags for the property. 8. Before we left in the morning and when we came back at night we had to sop up all the excess water that was in the bathroom and hallway. 9. We spent as much time as possible out of the property including spending time in a hotel to take a break from the unsafe, and difficult conditions and horrible smell. 10. On day 3 the property manager texted me, saying he sent a handy man into the unit, found the leaking was coming from the HVAC system and was going to send someone in to fix it the next day. We were in a hotel at the time he texted. I told him how difficult it had been and he told me how sorry he was, that it was unacceptable and that he would refund me my deposit as well as compensating me for the money spent on the hotel, expenses and inconveniences. 12. The day we returned the HVAC was fixed but the floor was still sopping wet, and we were still trying to dry the floors. 13. The day we returned all the lights and electricity went out as I turned on the bathroom light. I quickly texted the P.M to see where the circuit breaker/fuze box was so I could fix it . 14. The property owner never responded. 15. 1/2 of the the property was without lights or electricity for the remainder of our stay. 16. One of the property owners emailed me while on my way home and said they had to call their insurance company since there wasn't a leak before. 17. I emailed the property managers when I got home about my refund and compensation for expenses and inconvenience that was agreed upon and never heard back from them. It's been 20 days.
