Convenient Location

We were in Boston for a quick family vacation and some sightseeing. The apartment is a short ride from Logan Airport and within walking distance of the Freedom Trail and several sites. It's also super close to the subway for a ride to Fenway. Within walking distance to the ferry. The apartment is sparse with just the basic plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. Extra bedding, pillows, and towels were available as well as a washer and dryer. The apartment was clean and worked well for our stay.

Clean, and convenient but noisy HVAC made sleeping difficult

A nosiy HVAC system in the alley right outside the two bedrooms made sleeping difficult. Ear plugs didn't help much. This should have been disclosed in the property description. For the price we paid, we expected an apartment with average city noise -- not one with unreasobably loud noise in the bedrooms. Having said that, the location was convenient and the apartment was clean.

Horrible Communication

Listing notes “on-site” parking in the Title Header, insinuating there Is on-site parking included. It is available for $40 extra a night and you have to ask. Totally miss-leading advertisement. Charged extra $20 for extra person, yet leading a 2-bedroom at premium price. I was trying to board a plane in Denver to Boston, still no entry information. I had to call VRBO to get them to call them to send me entry information as I was facing boarding a plane without confirmation of entry. (I messaged 2 times and they never replied) Comcast on Single TV (NO TV in either Bedroom) was not working. I was in 4 different email strings with 4 different people attempting to try to give me information to activate the TV. NO PHONE number to call. After about a dozen emails and over 2 hours of messing with TV, finally someone called me (as I had VRBO on the phone and was going to leave) There are pipes above your head that sound like pipes breaking with water gushing out for periods of 2-4 hours at a time. Sounds like Niagara Falls over your head at 1am in the morning. When I asked to leave, frustrated over no TV, they refused to assist, told me I would be responsible for cleaning, etc. Overall, management communication is horrible. Should be a red flag when they do not leave a phone number for you to contact. (Side note, no on-site luggage storage for late flights. So I had to check out at 11 with a 6pm flight. They referred me to luggage service, they were closed.) overall very poor service. Nice location and unit was clean.
