Luxury at a Discount!! 2br/2ba | 200mbps Internet

Very nice apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious. FYI There is an elevator but you do have to walk up a long flight of steps to get to it. Very enjoyable stay!

The location was great. Close to Boston Commons, The Corners, and a half mile from Faneuil Hall. Figuring the elevator was a little challenging but overall a good stay. I would stay again.

The listing for this property describes it as "Luxury at a Discount." Unless a person was previously homeless, there is nothing "luxurious" about the property. The listing also boasts of 200 mbps internet - maybe it wasn't working properly when we were there, but the TV was constantly buffering. The best part of this stay was the location; it's close to the Freedom Trail. The most frustrating part of this stay had to do with recovering the damage deposit we had to pay up front. Although we were never alleged to have damaged anything (and did not damage anything - pre and post videos to prove same if challenged), I really don't believe we would have received the deposit refund, unless we stayed on top of both Healing Homes and VRBO. After the stay, Healing Homes just ignored my emails. When I called VRBO to ask for assistance, I received the same answer (we will call them and have them return it.....). Until I finally reached a responsive VRBO rep who actually followed up, nothing was happening. All that said, Boston is an awesome, beautiful city, full of friendly people, and highly recommended!!!

Great location. Beds could use an upgrade. They made noises every time you moved and mattress not comfortable. Never enough towels ... 1 set given per quest for 4 days. And doing laundry is inconvenient. Whole place could use a paint job and hallways could use a good cleaning!!
