Prime Location | Beacon Hill & Financial District

Positive: The location in the Financial District was great. Negative: 1) SKETCHY - I have stayed in apartments through Booking.com before, but this is a single unit in a Class C office building. 2) Lockbox to keypad entrance was clumsy, but there was a backdoor with just a keypad and no deadbolt - no woman would feel safe here. 3) Directions to location were vague and when questioned they identified the wrong entrance. 4) Host repeatedly texted beforehand saying AmEx card wasn't working; I said I have been using Booking.com for years with no problem. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT BELONG ON BOOKING.COM.

Basic minimum furniture but in great location and it was very clean

This property has a great location downtown! It was easy to take the bus from the airport and get off at south station and then just a short walk to property. They had plenty of coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants. The place was spacious with a comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t remember reading about was a door in the closet that opened to a lobby for healing hands and a dentist. I locked the door but wasn’t sure if anyone could come in but nothing happened. Host was quick to respond when we couldn’t get the master lock to open and get the keys. That was tricky and there looks like two 103 arch locations. You need to go to the one by the rotating doors. We went to the wrong doors originally. A great stay overall!

Great location and overall pretty nice place to say. That being said, there were a few things to note: 1. The bed was extremely squeaky. Every time we moved on the bed it would make so much noise so didn’t feel like we got much sleep. 2. Not many towels. Only got 2 normal sized towels which I thought wasn’t enough. 3. Walls are very thin. You can hear the people in the office very clearly, it felt like they were in the other room. Not sure that these are deal breakers, but worth knowing before booking. Location was great though, I felt safe and the place was clean!

Furniture was extremely uncomfortable, both bed and couch. 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people during a 5 day stay is ridiculous. Homeless always right outside unit day and night.
