Positive: Communication was good, although we missed a step as I thought I had confirmed the night before. To that end, they were generous in allowing us in 3 hours early and waiving the fee. We were grateful for that since we arrived from the West Coast at 6 AM and would not have had access until 5 pm! The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The towels were small and a bit flimsy. Sigh. Negative: The layout and size of the furniture was cumbersome. You need to improve this as it is very challenging to move around with so little space between the too large coffee table, sofa, and dining chairs. Could kill us in the night getting up. As we are seniors, we do get up in the night. Also, the white sofa was not vacuumed. All our dark clothes were covered in white pet hair after we sat there, and it was a nightmare to clean since we had no lint brush. Please make sure someone vacuums this. I am not going to leave a bad post, but the hallways were filthy, as was the door from the 2nd floor to the stairs. The paint is chipping and peeling on the bathroom vanity, and the coffee machine is unusable! There are no instructions for the coffee machine, although it appears to be simple Not so: all the buttons are worn away so no idea what they mean or what to push. We tried several combinations to no avail. We eventually heated water and poured it over to drip. At over $300 a night we did expect more. Also, as you know, we couldn’t get the TV to work, ever. We were appreciative that you let us check in at 2 pm without charge. Honestly, I cannot imagine how a healing patient could move about in this space. It was so dangerous! Anyway, the bed was good, and the shower worked well, so it was not a total failure. We will be out by 10 am,

Not what we expected. Positive: I liked that the kitchen, though small, had everything needed for preparing our own meals. The shower was large and hot water was plentiful. The location was good. I liked that part of the proceeds for this accommodation go toward helping cover the cost of those staying for medical treatment. Negative: The place wasn't as nice as the impression given by the pictures. The room was small and cramped. There were a lot of stairs, though there was an elevator from floor 2 to floor 3. The rug in the room shed it's straw-like material onto everything it touched (socks, etc.) the got transferred to other items (shoes, clothes, bedding, etc.).
