Newly Designed Loft - Fast Wifi - Pet Friendly

Safe, basic apartment with great location Positive: Nice walkable location for both tourists & financial/downtown workers. Restaurants, grocery store, department store, & tourist activities were all quite close. The building seemed safe and I really liked knowing I was helping to support a medical stay facility for those coming to Boston for medical treatment. Air conditioning worked great. TV was streaming only - so no nightly news. Full size refrig & stove. I would recommend this to others mostly for location & positive human mission. Negative: I requested the code/entry instructions a day ahead to relieve my worry about my cell failing me while on a flight. I was told they would try but it actually never came through until check-in day when I was consumed with other worries. It was tough carrying a suitcase up stairs to 2nd floor in order to get the elevator! It was also tough climbing those stairs after walking all over Boston sight seeing! The bedding seemed way too big for the not-quite-queen-size mattress as I got tangled up in sheets every night. Pillows weren't great. Our unit had only a view of backside of other buildings. Carpet on stairs & hallways needs good cleaning or replacement. I overlooked all these details when I found out about their mission to help house others.

Positive: 酒店位置非常好，去哪里都方便，附近有地铁站，还有梅西百货，吃的也挺多，房间挺大，有厨房可以做些简单的东西，网上沟通很顺畅提前告知进入的方式很容易找到 Negative: 房间在4楼，但电梯要到二楼才有，提着比较重的行李的话就不太方便了，不过还好只有上去下来各一次，另外感觉枕头可以更换下，不是最舒服，其他都挺好

Bien. Positive: Tenía las instalaciones adecuadas, de cocina y demás utensilios. Muy buena ubicación . Atentos a las preguntas por mensaje el staff de soporte. Negative: Un poco pequeño el apartamento.Cama un poco pequeña y faltaba gel de ducha. Solo una ventana, le faltaba un poco de luz externa.No tienen lugar para guardar las maletas el día que te vas.

Great location, but noisy at night Positive: the loft in Downtown Crossing was in an excellent location. 15 min walk to the North End, Chinatown and the New England Aquarium. 9 min walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. 5 min to the MBTA Orange line. 5 min to a grocery store. Negative: noisy at night with yelling and police sirens. two nights, they were jack hammering on the streets till late at night.
