Lovely kind team managing it, but the apartment is too dark. Positive: The customer service was excellent. Really friendly and helpful. It was close to the park which was lovely. The kitchen was well-appointed and the apartment was nice and spacious. Negative: It was so dark in the apartment! There was almost no natural light. Also, you can see straight into the neighbor’s living room from the bedroom which was also very uncomfortable, as they could see you in bed. The team who run these apartments Healing Homes - do an incredibly important job, allowing families who deserve respite to use these apartments. So it’s hard writing something negative on this review. But I wish I had seen a review like this before I had booked as it would have helped me make a better decision. I ended up cutting my stay short and checking into a hotel with a view of the city.

Great Apartment! Wish I had it when I lived in Phoenix years ago! Positive: Easy walk to Tuft's Med/Dental/Parking garage, stores, restaurants "in" the Theatre District, and as easy on/off Mass. T-pike (exit 133) as Boston gets! The apartment is well equipped, full kitchen, byog ("g"roceries, etc....) and great for multi-day hospital hold-overs or leisure use. Negative: ....just "pull" on the front door knob when attempting to electronically lock it. It got tweaky, refusing to latch otherwise. A neighbor happening to walk by knew that little trick. Anxious moment otherwise!
